Blanche Leyder

My name is Blanche, I am 62 years old. My yoga journey began a little over 13 years ago and has been with me ever since. Yoga has helped me get to know my body, mind, and soul better, and it has been especially valuable to me during difficult phases of life.
Over the years, I have completed various trainings, including meditative yoga, Yin Yoga, Hatha Yoga, sound therapy, acupressure, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), and I recently started practicing Qi Gong as well. Two years ago, I decided to offer weekly Yin Yoga classes. Through this, I also had the chance to meet Anne, who joined my class—this is how our collaboration began.
What makes my Yin Yoga class special?
Your body – your yoga.
Every body is unique, which is why I adapt the exercises to your needs and your level.
